• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Assisting with month-end close activities and year-end adjustments
• Prepare monthly bank and other account reconciliations
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Analyze and review credit card expenses (Monthly reconciliations)
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Assist in the year-end financial audit, preparing schedules and addressing auditor requests for informationQualifications: -
• comfortable working in Excel daily, sorting through data, uploading data from spreadsheets into the system, working in existing spreadsheets, and filtering information
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• QuickBooks experience preferredPowered by JazzHR
