Job Description:

We are working with a Biotech company at the forefront of this industry looking to hire audit leadership!At a very high level, this company uses biology to solve problems and create new products (IE they were involved in the Minerva vaccine)! They are a vision-led company where the 5 founders are still heavily involved and are the best-funded organization in their space. They went public in 2021. They are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to support the Director in strategic areas to help build out the department, supporting the business and different projects. This position can be fully remote and offers an amazing compensation package + awesome leadership.Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Active Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license
• 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of direct SOX 404 compliance, internal controls, internal auditing, accounting and/or testing experience. Experience of the ideal candidate includes visibility to public company accounting and reporting such as through an audit/ assurance role within a large public accounting firm such as the Big 4.
