Job Description Job Description Mancan Staffing is hiring an accounting clerk in Wheeling! This is a full time temp to perm position on daylight shift Mon through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay will be $16-18 an hour based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Weekly Top Line reporting, running various SLS reports and entering information into MS Excel worksheets Daily Bank Reporting including ACH log and Cash Receipts journal Creating banking ACH credit and debit transactions General Office Duties Accounts Receivable support / Daily AR posting Accounts Payable experience will be a qualifying advantage for any candidate, including but not limited to: 1.Processing AP invoices for payment 2.Check processing 3.Vendor communications Personal Skills Needed: 730-430 Detail-Oriented and meticulous about accuracy Self-Organized and proud of it MS Outlook and MS Word experience required MS Excel proficiency required successful applicant will be required to pass a proficiency test.
