Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain accounts receivable portfolio. - Perform business-to-business collections via phone and email. - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. - Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently. - Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payment processing. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting systems.
