Requirements: Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus) both written and verbal. Associates degree is preferred. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite products and G-suite. Organized. Initiative taker. Hospitable. Able to handle multiple simultaneous requests. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must support the mission of Lydia Home. Function: Serve as assistant to Director of Programs and Office Manager. Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks: --- Be the SMILE and first impression for Lydia Home for guests and callers--- Register, screen, direct and buzz in guests--- Check main line voicemails - transfer to designated person--- Answer main telephone line and transfer--- Sort/Distribute USPS Mail and Deliveries--- Answer emails--- Store client files--- Keep Phone Directory Up To Date--- Perform basic printer duties (copy, scan, print)--- Organize and order supplies ( office, units, kids, facilities etc.)--- Point person for copiers, computer and telephone Help Desks--- Other projects and duties as assignedLydia Home Association is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayEducation: Associate (Preferred)Experience: Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
