Customer/Traffic Data Support Location: Rockford, IL Job ID: 71146 Pay Range: $18-23 1 to 3 years business work experience Must have Knowledge/experience with Office Package and SAP ERP system Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal Collins repairs and overhauls Transfer and Shipments of Materials between Collins sites Verification of accurate ECO Shipping terms Customer Services skills; verbal, written and face to face meetings with both internal and external customers Upload accurate data within Collins SAP ERP system and customer specific portals * Current levels of packaging materials inventory with review and approval of invoices Document and management inventory of customer containers. Accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs Extract data from SAP for reporting information Creation of accurate military documents for shipments Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements Support customer requests, traffic activities and contract administration activities as required Requirements: US Citizen candidates only HS Diploma Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
