Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional
and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a
multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and maintain
calendars for multiple staff members - Perform clerical tasks such
as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents - Manage
incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies
and inventory - Assist with organizing meetings and events -
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience as a receptionist or
administrative assistant - Knowledge of office procedures and basic
clerical tasks - Familiarity with phone systems and office
equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to
multitask effectively - Computer literacy, including proficiency
computer programs commonly used in medical practice setting -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer
service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor - Ability to
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion - Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance protocols
-Interest in integrative and holistic medicine Note: Experience as
