Job Description Job Description Our growing company is looking for a full time administrative assistant who can support the upper level management, sales, and mid-level management teams. Our business is extremely fast paced, so the ideal candidate needs to be able to wear multiple hats and balance a variety of tasks. Attitude is key in this position. We all work together in order to provide outstanding customer service, sales support, and hit our team goals. Top to Bottom Construction is a full service GC that specializes in storm restoration. Resumes with experience in this industry will be given preference. We offer training specific to our processes, ideally the right candidate will have basic understanding of administrative tasks but be open to working within our process. There is room for advancement as the organization grows. Punctuality and hustle are very important. Responsibilities - Apply for and secure Required Building Permits - Upload incoming documents and photos as it relates to the Production Department - Provide general support to visitors - Confirm building schedules with clients - Assist with posting the production schedule in JobNimbus Skills - Working knowledge of office equipment, like scanners, printers and fax machines - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Excel, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Service minded, pleasant disposition Company Description We are a growing General Contractor that specializes in exterior restoration Company Description We are a growing General Contractor that specializes in exterior restoration
