Communications team helps build the ZS brand, champion thought
leadership, support business development and engage our past,
present and future workforce. Cross-Channel Digital Marketing
Manager - ZS We are looking for an expert in multi-channel
performance media strategy and planning, with a heavy bias to
digital, and strong planning in B2B marketing to join our marketing
team. As a cross-channel digital marketing manager you will
function as the hub for ZS industry marketing, communications, ABM
and campaign teams who use ZS digital channels to promote content,
events, company news, brand and recruiting campaigns. Working
closely with our digital channel experts you are responsible for
integrating, organizing and prioritizing promotion requests to
deliver a cohesive user experience and grow performance across ZS
digital channels. You will bring a detailed knowledge and
understanding of different strategies and targeting approaches,
from brand awareness to ABM and demand generation campaigns. You
will lead channel strategy, develop channel roadmaps and establish
and socialize channel governance among the marketing and
communications organization. What You'll Do Lead programs and
projects designed to integrate and evolve our digital presence and
paid media program including, but not limited to, channel strategy,
implementation of new channels or new tactics, and channel
governance. Collaborate with marketers, social media strategists,
data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven
channel strategies that deliver business and employer impact.
Outline and socialize the governance around the quantity of posts,
prioritization and timing with all constituencies who are using the
digital channels. Collaborate with analytics team and channel SMEs
to understand how channels and assets are performing; use that
insight to improve overall cross-channel efficiency and
effectiveness. Have an intimate understanding of the key messages,
campaigns (marketing and employer) and overall firm priorities.
Centralize and own ZS' paid media channel (3rd party publications).
Research and propose annual paid media investment (outlet and
budget) to marketing, ABM and communications stakeholders.
Recommend and activate media buys and placements for brand
campaigns. Centralize all digital channel activities into one
source of truth, own and manage promotions calendar. Be nimble when
unexpected priorities arise and communicate timeline changes to
marketing, ABM and communications stakeholders. Keep up-to-date
with marketing and campaign best practices; communicate
implications for campaigns and channel efforts. Collaborate on the
creation of integrated campaign strategies. Qualifications Minimum
10 years marketing, communications, or related experience. Deep
channel experience on at least 2 digital channels. Deep paid media
strategy experience on at least 2 digital channels. Experience
working in entrepreneurial-driven, matrixed organizations and the
ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Critical
thinking and the capacity for innovative and original thought with
supreme attention to detail. Superior listener and communicator -
strong oral, written, and active listening skills a must. Project
and/or team leadership experience. Proven experience using data to
manage and drive channel innovation. Multiple social media channel
management experience. Strong international collaboration skills,
working with India preferred. Ability to work at early morning
hours, think ahead and leverage time with global colleagues
effectively so that individual work achieves maximum impact. Other
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of content strategy and
best practices. Ability to recognize content effectiveness and
connect content ideas to broader themes. Good judgement with the
ability to make timely and sound decisions. Ability to multitask
and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability
to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including
upper management, clients, and other departments Flexible to
shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; able to promptly and
expertly react to project adjustments and alterations. Exercise
both 'self-drive' and teamwork to get results in diverse, fast
paced environments. ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in
English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or
