career! BECOMING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: This position
has the flexibility to choose between two schedules: Monday through
Friday OR Tuesday through Saturday! As an Customer Service
Representative, your workday is a dynamic blend of
responsibilities. You'll be the friendly and professional voice
handling customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
Efficiently scheduling service appointments and dispatching our
skilled technicians is part of your daily routine. You'll maintain
meticulous customer records, ensuring that billing and invoicing
processes run smoothly. Collaboration is key as you work closely
with our field technicians to provide timely customer updates.
You'll also play a crucial role in obtaining permits for specific
jobs, ensuring our projects run without a hitch. Your expertise in
booking leads and delivering exceptional service to our clients is
instrumental in our success. REQUIREMENTS: Customer service
experience Ability to adapt and work well under pressure Strong
communication skills Outgoing personality with a lot of patience
Proficient in managing and posting content on company social media
accounts Dispatching experience Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in computer applications is a bonus Ability to speak
Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele Knowledge of
creating engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written
posts, to effectively promote the company's brand would be a plus
