School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
School Psychologist position is available to support K-12 students
at a public school in Waukegan, IL. This contract role offers an
excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in psychological
assessment, counseling, and intervention within the school
environment. The assignment begins ASAP and extends through June
2026, allowing for continuity of services and meaningful impact
with the student population. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
psychological assessments and evaluations for students from
pre-kindergarten through age 22 Collaborate with educators,
administrators, and families to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and
support services to students to address behavioral and emotional
needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute
insight on student progress Monitor and report on assessment data
and intervention outcomes Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement for School
Psychologist valid for Pre-K through Age 22 Proven experience
working as a school psychologist in K-12 educational settings
Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
for diverse student needs Effective communication and collaborative
skills to work successfully with school staff and families Ability
to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in
school psychology Position Details: Location: Waukegan, Illinois
Schedule: Part-time, days per week and daily hours to be determined
Contract duration: Current school year (CSY) through June 2026
