Nour Kteily at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern
University is seeking applicants for a post-doctoral fellowship.
The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence and fit
with the lab mission. Salary is competitive, and the position will
have access to research funds. The one-year position begins in
September 2023 (earlier start dates considered) and is renewable
for up to two years contingent on satisfactory performance.
Applications are due January 15, 2023. Applicants must have
completed a PhD prior to the beginning of the position. Candidates
from a wide variety of disciplinary backgrounds (e.g., psychology,
management, political science, sociology, etc.) are encouraged to
apply.
The Fellow will work primarily with Nour Kteily and other members
of the lab on joint projects of mutual interest, primarily focused
on the area of intergroup relations and/or inequality and social
hierarchy, broadly defined. Demonstrated expertise in experimental
and/or survey design is required, and experience or interest in
conducting research with non-WEIRD populations is a bonus. Strong
statistical aptitude is preferred.
The Fellow will benefit from and be expected to contribute to
Kellogg s rich postdoctoral community and intellectual environment,
including by regularly participating in research seminars and
relevant lab meetings. For full consideration, please submit
