catering and events to ensure an exceptional guest and employee
experienceDevelop and maintain a Lettuce client list using various
techniques including but not limited to prospecting and cold
callsDevelop and write catering proposals, contracts and event
orders; schedule catering events in online system; respond to
client and guest questions; and work toward achieving sales
goalsAttend tastings and meetings, and collaborate with General
Manager and Chef to develop catering menusCultivate and maintain a
list of preferred vendorsAssist GM in managing costs, driving sales
and growing the business in support of financial goalsPartner with
GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train,
supervise and develop all catering team employees as
neededUnderstand and assist as needed with in-house audio visual
equipment as neededModel and promote teamwork across all teamsUse
tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to
guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and
courtesyWork a variety of days and shifts (including early
mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or
without overnight travel, as neededMove and lift up to 10 pounds,
frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move
and/or lift up to 50 poundsQualifications:2+ years of catering
sales management experienceSkilled in developing guest
rapportSalary Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.by
