Emerging Middle Market & US Growth Strategies. The ideal candidate
will have experience with Transformation in a business banking or
commercial banking credit underwriting operational environment,
strong financial acumen, and the ability to work horizontally with
partners. Preferred experience includes organizing town halls,
strategy decks, and effective communication via newsletters and
enterprise-wide messaging.The candidate will lead strategic
initiatives to meet client experience and financial objectives,
driving development and execution across various lines of business
and jurisdictions, partnering with leadership using a consultative
approach.Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture aligned with BMO's purpose, values, and
strategy, modeling BMO values and behaviors.

outcomes, and ensure accountability.
- Build collaborative, high-value interdependent teams across

and managing development and poor performance.
- Lead the launch of strategic initiatives, coordinating with
stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project management best
practices.
- Engage stakeholders to build consensus and gather competitive
insights.
- Recommend organizational improvements and participate in
committees and task forces.
- Advise on business priorities, resource requirements, and
develop strategic roadmaps.
- Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, providing
advice to business lines and prioritizing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance client
experience.
- Disaggregate strategic challenges to develop and implement
solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulators.
- Develop and execute competitive intelligence and analytics
capabilities.
- Define business requirements for analytics, oversee database
management, and monitor performance.
- Communicate strategy and messages effectively, developing
communication strategies to influence behavior.
- Lead operational programs, ensuring quality and compliance with
governance standards.
- Develop sales pipeline and reporting strategies, supporting
client onboarding and growth targets.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine compensation
and reporting models.
- Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and influence team
collaboration across the organization.
- Address complex problems creatively, communicate abstract
concepts simply, and build internal and external networks.
- Anticipate trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Broader responsibilities may be assigned as
needed.Qualifications
- Typically 9+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary
degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive industry knowledge and recognized as a technical and
thought leader.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in analytics, problem-solving, influence, and
cross-group collaboration.
- Able to manage ambiguity and make data-driven
decisions.Salary$153,600.00 - $285,600.00Pay TypeSalariedSalaries
vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and
