Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function based in North America.
The E&C team manages risks to the firm, clients, and employees,
supporting the firm's impact and innovation. This role involves
leading initiatives within the Ethics pillar, focusing on managing
allegations and complex case resolution, and shaping the ethics
program to ensure integrity and compliance.You will oversee risk
areas, lead investigations, develop insights from data, and
collaborate across functions to enhance policies and training. You
will also implement data and technology solutions to support
allegations management and ensure high data quality. Your role
includes engaging with stakeholders across the firm and evolving
the E&C program to uphold our commitment to integrity.You will
have the latitude to drive strategic initiatives and partner with
colleagues and stakeholders to sustain and improve our ethics and
compliance efforts.Finally, you will play a key role in maintaining
our reputation for integrity and lawful practices.Your
qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or professional
certifications preferred, with a Juris Doctor (JD) strongly
preferred.
- 8+ years in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles; experience
in law firms or in-house legal teams is preferred.
- 4+ years managing complex investigations, including litigation
and regulatory reviews.
- 5+ years in legal and compliance issues, with experience in
investigations.
- Experience with case management technologies and data
visualization tools like Tableau.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable for diverse
audiences.
- Ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate
effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
