• Must have the ability to lead and direct the field operations for a large volume of contract repair.
• Support Open Order sales and operations when needed.
• Maintain customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, improving efficiencies, managing the expenditure of labor, materials and performance to schedule and/or estimate.
• Provide technical support.
• Drive safety in the workplace. Approve JHA's, perform safety audits and lead high-risk calls.Education:
• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.Experience/Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Elevator industry experience is required; field experience is preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must.
