Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, seeks a Full-Time Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts).

Responsibilities of the Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation (LPHA):

Direct overall operations
Train and supervise staff
Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs
Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve the delivery of care
Make recommendations regarding staffing and operations to the Executive Director
Oversee the assessment of all potential residents
Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel
Develop and coordinate educational in-services
Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide
Supervise the QMHPs, MHPs, CRRSs and RSAs
Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

We Will Consider Individuals with ONE of the Following Credentials:

Physician
Advanced practice nurse with psychiatric specialty
Clinical psychologist
Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)
Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)

PLUS

At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
