Includes CABG/Valve patients, ECMO, LVAD, TAVR, Impella patients, also includes: neurosurgical population includes: EVD, post crani, ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, administration of TPA, Deep brain stimulators, Ant/Post laminectomies. OB hemorrhagic patients with Bakri balloon, Eclamptic post partum patients. Be familiar with Ventilators, Bi-pap, high-flow, and nitric oxide administration. Also tracheostomies, larngectomy patients.Staffing Ratios- 1: 2 patients or 1:1Will float within service line and to Glenbrook, Skokie, and Highland Park when neededCOVID Vaccine RequiredEvery other weekend requiredBCLS and ACLS requiredCCRN preferredConscious Sedation, ICP, IV start, Pulmonary Artery Lines, Telemetry, Vents required1 year experience requiredWill accept first time travelers Modified 12:00:00 AM Over Time Multiplier: Over Time Rule: Call Back: Charge: Holiday: Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceSSNDOBAccurate certifications and a recent Nursys report (*must be pulled within the last month)RTO needs to be included in original submittal.
