• Position: Clinical Coordinator, Nights, Evanston Hospital
• Location: 5 North Searle, Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time, 32 hours per week
• Hours: Nights, 11:00pm 7:30am
• Required Travel: N/AWhat you will need:
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred
  • Skills: N/A What you will do:
    • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
    • Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
    • Would assume direct patient care if necessary
    • Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
    • Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
    • Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
