- Position: Clinical Coordinator, Nights, Evanston Hospital
- Location: 5 North Searle, Evanston Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Part Time, 32 hours per week
- Hours: Nights, 11:00pm 7:30am
- Required Travel: N/AWhat you will need:
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of
IL required.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree
preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate
clinical setting required; Prior management experience
preferred
- Skills: N/A What you will do:
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high
quality patient experience
- Manage day to day clinical operations and unit
workflow/throughput
- Would assume direct patient care if necessary
- Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a
specific clinical care area(s)
- Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high
quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while
preparing them for discharge
- Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling
with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer
loyalty skills
- Takes lead on clinical performance managementNorthShore
