Aligned Modern Health ("AMH") seeks outstanding new grads and experienced physicians to join our functional medicine and clinical nutrition team. We are currently looking to fill several full-time positions at our Evanston, Vernon Hills, and other North Suburban clinics, as well as locations in Chicago. Our functional medicine practice currently consists of 13 licensed Functional Medicine Physicians and four Licensed Dietitian Nutritionists.
We provide outstanding patient care combined with best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for licensed DCs, DOs, and MDs who want to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Our ideal candidate is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) and has two years of clinical experience working in functional medicine. Candidates with less experience and/or other specific additional training in functional medicine will also be considered.
Our functional medicine practice is rooted in the Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI), and also recognizes guidelines set by the Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN), the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), Functional Medicine University (FMU), and the College of Integrative Medicine (CIM) and takes a data-driven approach to patient care. We manage marketing, staffing, practice management, billing and reimbursement and provide all equipment.
