(Conditions apply)Responsibilities of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):Conduct intake interviewsSupervise MHPsCollaborate with clinical team in development and implementation of a service/treatment planMay lead consumers in recreational, educational, and/or treatment activitiesMaintain all consumer documentationManage a caseload of up to 30 casesAttend clinical team meetings as requiredIND1Requirements:of the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP):We will consider individuals with at least one of the following:Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with at least a Master's degree in social work and 2 years' experience in a mental health settingLicensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree and 2 years' experience in mental healthRN with at least one year of clinical experience in a mental health settingOccupational Therapist with at least one year of experience in a mental health settingMaster's Degree in related field (e.g., counseling and guidance, social work, vocational counseling, pastoral counseling, family therapy, etc.) + 1,000 hours of supervised direct service in mental health setting - or - one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHPPLUS:Experience in a Residential Care facility strongly preferredAlbany Care is accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDHP).
