Job Title: RN Critical Care Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:30 PM - 07:00
AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: - High acuity ICU experience
required - Experience with open heart, neuro, and CRRT - Experience
in a 30-bed SICU-MICU-Neuro setting preferred License: Registered
Nurse License Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS Must-Have: -
Experience in CRRT, CABG, Stroke, and TNK - EPIC experience
required - Ability to work every other weekend and every other
holiday - Flexibility to make up shifts for sick calls on weekends
- Willingness to float if ICU experiences low census - No requests
for time off during holidays Description: This position requires
experience in a high acuity ICU. Candidates must have a strong
background in open heart surgery, neuro cases, and CRRT. Experience
with EPIC electronic health records is essential. Clinical duties
will include care for critically ill patients in a diverse ICU
environment. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding
schedule, including weekends and holidays. Floating to other units
may be required based on patient census and staffing needs. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective
patient care. Adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices
is expected in this role.
