Information $2,734 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 1st Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Hours
Experience: Clinical competence and experience in care and
management of target patient populations specific to area of
employment, procedural experience, critical care experience, step
down or pre and post cardiac procedure care experience, telemetry
competence required License: Current state Registered Nurse License
or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the
Nurse Licensure Compact Certifications: American Heart Association
(AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA
approved equivalent Must-Have: Associate’s degree in nursing
Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an
identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This
individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a
primarily adult population. The role focuses on nursing care
specific to cardiology procedures including pacemakers,
cardioversions, and devices among others. The Registered Nurse will
be involved in a call rotation for late weekdays, weekends, and
holidays. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is
essential for eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Candidates are expected to possess skills in managing care for
specific patient populations relevant to the specialty area.
