Desired Experience: - Active RN licensure with stepdown, med-surg,
or telemetry experience - Minimum of 2 years in PCU, med-surg, or
telemetry acute care nursing - Ability to float between units and
facilities within a 40-mile radius as needed - Strong clinical
judgment and adaptability to work across different nursing units -
Effective communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities: -
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in PCU, med-surgical,
or telemetry units - Assess patient conditions and respond promptly
to changes or emergencies - Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to develop and implement patient care plans - Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare
standards - Float between nursing units or local facilities when
