partnering with a clinician-led ABA organization in Rockford, IL
that prioritizes ethical care, sustainable caseloads, and clinician
development. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to do
meaningful clinical work in a supportive environment — without the

Collaborative, clinician-first culture What You’ll Do Conduct
assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment
plans Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically
appropriate Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs Maintain a targeted
caseload of approximately 28 billable therapy hours per week
Complete all required clinical documentation (evaluations, progress
notes, reports) Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to
support comprehensive care What We’re Looking For Master’s degree
in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field Active BCBA
certification Illinois licensure (or license-eligible) Experience
in a clinic-based setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and
