Provide medical supervision to CRNAs for approximately 75% of the time, ensuring effective oversight and support. Conduct detailed preoperative evaluations to develop tailored anesthesia plans for optimal patient safety and comfort. Monitor patients intraoperatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed to maintain stability and achieve excellent outcomes. Ensure accurate, compliant documentation of patient care and anesthesia processes in line with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, and clinical staff to foster a cohesive, team-oriented approach to care delivery. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Rate: $325 per hour.
