role in diagnosing and treating individuals with speech, language,
swallowing, and voice disorders, providing tailored treatments to
enhance patient communication abilities and overall quality of
life. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and
swallowing disorders. Create and implement customized treatment
plans based on patient needs. Keep detailed records of patient
therapy and progress. Consult and collaborate with medical teams to
design multidisciplinary treatment plans. Educate patients and
their families about treatment plans and strategies to cope with
communication disorders. Conduct group and one-on-one therapy
sessions according to patient needs. Expertise in speech and
language assessment tools. Ability to create and follow through
with customized therapy plans. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health record
(EHR) software. Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
(ASHA)
