diem / prn nurse RN Hospice for a per diem / prn nursing job in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration:
Ongoing - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Per Diem -
Coverage area: approx. 30-mile radius (ish) from West Allis office.
Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, North Racine County - Will be
doing admissions and CM - M-F - HomeCare HomeBase experience
required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for
the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train. - will be
doing admissions and CM - May be asked to help in other territories
within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile
radius from the Facility address
