We understand the physically demanding nature of Massage Therapy and as such offer very competitive pay as well as scheduling flexibility to accommodate your needs. All of our treatment rooms include electric massage tables and towel warmers to enable our therapists to concentrate on providing the best possible experience for our clients. Professional work experience not required. We will help achieve our team and individual goals by building positive relationships with one another Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities & Duties: - Provide 60-90 minute massages to clients by appointment - Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most - Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions - Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body - Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods - Suggest future massage appointments and regimes to clients - Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire Skills and Qualifications : - Recent graduates from school are welcome - LMT/ Massage Therapy Experience - Clinical Massage Therapy Experience - Previous Massage Spa Experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental insurance - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Referral program - Tuition reimbursement - Vision insurance Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Choose your own hours - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: - Bonus opportunities - Commission pay - Signing bonus - Tips
