Job Description:
We are partnering with a Chicago-based client who is looking to
hire a HR Project Specialist . This important role will partner
with business leaders across the organization to develop and
execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational
effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. This
individual will also be involved in all parts of the employee
lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, orientation, offboarding). HR
Project Specialist Responsibilities:
Apply applicable HR policies and procedures in everyday business
operations in collaboration and cooperation with HR team members
and leadership
Collect data on job leveling (Job Compensation Structure and
Alignment or JCSA)
Manage communication around the new job leveling and structures
Receive guidance from the Project Manager and organizing
information and communicating it across the organization
HR Project Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong Excel skills; experience managing large sets of data,
sorting, filtering, etc.
5-10 years of relevant HR experience
Experience using an ERP system a plus
Proficient in MS Office, specifically skilled with Excel
