DIRECT-HIRE position! This is a direct-hire research position for SEEK Professionals in either our GREEN BAY or GRAFTON offices! You will take over an established desk with open engineering job orders in Wisconsin. Then you will research and recruit candidates and work in a team environment sharing those candidates with our recruiters. You will research, recruit, interview and background check candidates for positions ranging from entry level to management. Guaranteed base salary, monthly commission, full medical, dental and vision, company paid life insurance, mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with and evaluate the skills and abilities of professional level candidates. Manage computerized recruiting systems. Match candidate skills with customer job openings. Qualify candidates through discussions with their former managers. Document candidate personal attributes, professional qualifications and career desires. Manage shifting priorities. Work as a member of a compact, fast moving, competitive team with well-respected seasoned staffing professionals to closely manage customer and candidate relationships. Skills and Specifications: Interest in learning and using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting scouts, social media and various other databases. Integrity, intelligence, patience, confidence, creative, hard-working and financially motivated. Ability and, more importantly, a true desire to listen well and learn fast. Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to achieve great results Education and Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred but not necessary! Some professional work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great computer and internet skills working with data bases and customer management systems. $55 base with option to $75,000 first year with no experience.
