Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale technology
rollout across multiple locations. This role involves overseeing
the deployment of hardware and software systems while ensuring
smooth coordination and execution. This is a long-term contract
position based in Naperville, Illinois, with travel required to
various sites. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a
comprehensive project plan tailored to hardware and software
deployment needs. • Coordinate and oversee installations across
multiple locations, ensuring all timelines and dependencies are
met. • Facilitate large-site kickoffs by being present onsite to
lead and manage logistics. • Maintain accountability for project
milestones and stakeholder deliverables throughout the rollout. •
Ensure that all installed hardware integrates seamlessly with the
SaaS platform. • Navigate complex relationships and political
dynamics within the organization to drive project success. •
Monitor and manage travel schedules, ensuring efficient site visits
and coordination. • Provide regular status updates and reports to
stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing any challenges.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to
ensure project continuity. • Foster collaboration between teams to
align project goals and execution strategies.• Demonstrated
experience managing complex technology deployments, including
hardware and SaaS platforms. • Strong background in multi-location
rollouts and logistics planning. • Ability to create and execute
project plans independently without requiring close supervision. •
Expertise in navigating ambiguous environments with professionalism
and confidence. • High emotional intelligence to manage delicate
stakeholder relationships effectively. • PMP certification or
equivalent project management experience. • Proficiency in Agile
Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira. • Familiarity
with software and application deployment processes.
