Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field
or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience managing
technical teams in charge of installing, configuring, testing,
troubleshooting, or maintaining hardware servers and its
components. Experience in site-level data center operations,
including building and managing leadership teams and developing
managers. Experience working with network architecture and
operating systems (e.g., Linux). Must have the ability to work
non-standard hours , including working weekends, night shifts,
holidays and on shift-based schedules as required. Preferred
qualifications: Experience managing data center operations,
including compute and network architecture, infrastructure
lifecycles, and Linux/Unix system administration. Experience
leading high-stakes operations within 24/7 environments, including
the successful management of remote teams and distributed
workforces. Experience in improving Environmental Health and Safety
(EHS) initiatives and implementing a safety culture at the site
level. Ability to launch and manage initiatives within a global
environment. Ability to foster a collaborative team environment

Center Technicians, driving operational excellence across the full
lifecycle of server and network hardware. You will set clear team
priorities and promote a performance culture through consistent
coaching and development. You will oversee facility activities,
ensuring that the installation, configuration, and decommissioning
of assets align with long-term infrastructure goals. You will
manage network deployments and develop contingency plans to
mitigate risks. You will maintain security and operational
standards, using data trends to identify process improvements and
proactively ensure maximum system uptime. You will advocate for
workplace safety by overseeing Environmental Health and Safety
(EHS) initiatives and compliance programs. You will ensure the data
center remains a secure, efficient, and reliable environment. The

and much more. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $164,000-$238,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Lead a team of people. Set and communicate team
priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with
individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide
feedback and coaching. Partner with internal teams to meet goals
and with stakeholders to manage facility activities and implement
short- and long-term strategies. Maintain, monitor, and execute
security and operational procedures; track and analyze trends to
identify opportunities for improvement ensuring alignment with
organizational policies. Repair, fix, and perform preventative
maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, and infrastructure
based on identified issues. Support the implementation of
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and other compliance
programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure
safety incidents are investigated, resolved, and reported.
