Our client, a subsidiary of a major international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking CNC Machine Operators to join their operations team. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machinery with proficiency in fixtures, tooling, controls, and routine maintenance. Perform deburring and surface protection on workpieces. Take precise measurements and conduct evaluations to ensure product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Maintain accurate documentation related to production, downtime, and quality. Assist with fixture setup and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years of recent machine operation experience, preferably in metal cutting or fabrication. Ability to measure accurately using various tools and perform basic shop math. Blueprint reading skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CNC operating requirements and cutting tools. Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes. Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and engineers. Understanding of manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety policies.
