Position: Director for Quality and Care Transformation
Location: Inpatient Quality and Care Transformation at Evanston
Hospital - Evanston, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
Hours: Day Shift
What you will need:
License: Minimum of five years in Nursing (MSN preferred);
Education: Clinical related healthcare field required with
Master's/PhD; and experience in Quality or Performance Improvement
Certification: LEAN/Six Sigma Certification and Training highly
Experience: Minimum of two years NorthShore Care Transformation
Manager Experience. Prior supervisory experience required.
What you will do:
Support the team to develop and implement organization wide
performance improvement, and clinical innovation projects.
Collaborate on development of metrics, data, tools and processes
to develop, implement actions and monitor performance.
Coordinate with clinical areas to assure ongoing accreditation
Develop strong collaborative relationships with operational
leaders across the organization.
Lead and direct process improvement activities to promote safe,
efficient patient care.
Implement plans to coordinate efforts across initiatives to
insure alignment of tactics and monitors improvement over time.
Coordinate and set project plans for large transformational
Supervise others in the department that support the project.
Coordinate multiple data bases to insure data integrity and
alignment with overall corporate and quality initiatives.
