The Marketing & Communications team--helps build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and engage our past, present and future workforce. HEAD OF EMPLOYER BRANDING We seek an experienced Head of Employer Branding--to join our Marketing & Communications team in our Evanston, IL office. This role will report to the Global Associate Director of Corporate Communications and will be responsible for the development and execution of global strategies to strengthen ZS's employer brand, including recruitment marketing campaigns and social and digital presence to position ZS as an employer of choice. The Head of Employer Branding plays an integral role in bringing ZS's employer brand to life for past, present and future ZSers.-- Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of an effective, integrated global employer branding program including recruitment marketing and a social and digital media strategy;
• Define ZS's employer brand promise, differentiators, positioning, personality and messaging;
• Drive global employer brand recognition and engagement in target populations, ensuring a strong, distinctive and consistent voice, look and feel;
• Oversee the content development to highlight ZS people, open roles, life at ZS and career advancement on ZS's career-focused social channels;
• Partner with HR and internal business partners to generate and develop recruitment campaign materials, and manage the development of recruitment collateral and promotional content such as email copy, brochures, web copy, presentations and videos;
• Partner with advertising agencies and recruiting platform agencies to manage employer brand marketing campaigns/programs;
• Ensure the ZS employer brand is embedded into recruiting, onboarding, inclusion and diversity, awards and corporate citizenship materials and communications;--
• Direct the production of dynamic, engaging content and campaigns that drive stakeholder understanding of the ZS mission and purpose;
• Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies that include enhancing diverse recruitment efforts, attracting talent, and highlighting the story of ZSers and the ZS culture;
• Oversee the global awards strategy to build ZS's reputation as an expert counselor and preferred employer;
• Oversee the global social media content strategy and identify opportunities to amplify messaging with key influencers and target populations;
• Guide the team to seek out creative on-brand stories about the culture of the firm (people profiles, events, activities, volunteer efforts, professional development), adapting this content as needed for the Life at ZS blog and amplifying via social channels;
• Extend our employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at ZS;
• Partner with the internal communications team to drive awareness and adoption of employer brand messaging internally to provide consistency and clarity;
• Regularly analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed. Job Requirements:
  • BA or BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field, master's degree and/or professional certifications desirable;
  • 10+ years relevant work experience including building, managing and influencing teams;
  • Experience should include external communications, social and digital media, and global recruitment marketing (US, EU, India);
  • Strong work experience creating channel-appropriate content (visual, video and curated) relevant to both new and experienced workforce, and deploying it across various channels;
  • Proven record in leading corporate social media strategy development and execution, including recruitment-based communication that achieves results, including creation of channel-specific strategies, acquisition and growth of social audiences and measurement of results;
  • Experience working with a global team on strategically creating, customizing, posting and amplifying social content across all preferred channels;
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative internal stakeholder relationships;
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills;
  • High-energy communications strategist and practitioner. ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.--
