Description:A customer care role is to provide outstanding support to customers. They will assist customers via phone, email, and web. Also, may place orders, update customer accounts, and answer any questions or concerns the customers may have. -Main role is to provide customer support to customers -Log in CRM customer interactions and calls and give a quick summary of what was discussed or accomplished during their call. -Creating tech calls in CRM and assign to technician and monitor follow-up. -Upsell to existing customers by identifying products/or products they have not purchased. -Making customer retention calls to focus on buyer relationships. -Assisting with Sales Manager to generate sales leads in performing client reach outcalls, sending out marketing materials, and creating sample orders. -Handling customer complaints by uncovering the complaint, get feedback, and deciding on a resolution. -Cultivate customer loyaltySkills: customer service, order entry, customer care, crm, upselling, sales support, manufacturing, inbound calls, ERP, emails, administrative, Pricing, Customer service oriented, Csr, Customer service, Call center, Account management, Data entry, Inbound call, SalesTop Skills Details:customer service, Customer Care, Order EntryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-2+ years of sales support/customer service experience from a products/manufacturing company. -Must have customer service experience via phone and email-Must have order entry experience using a CRM-Achieved an HS Diploma-Must be okay with a small office environment NICE HAVES:-ERP software-CRM software-8+ years of sales support within a manufacturing environment SOFT SKILLS:-Must have strong communication-Must be able to express building relationships, partnerships and caringExperience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
