What You Will Do:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
educational activities planning for an assigned service or
What You Will Need:
- Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning
needs and competencies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and
utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of
- Identify and/or develop teaching tools and instructional
- Keep records of educational activities and prepares
Licensure / Certification /
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of
Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart
Association (AHA) preferred.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
- Educator specializing in Childbirth credentialed from the
Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
