*The Ideal Compliance Specialist: *

The Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Senior Manager of Ad Operations and is responsible for managing and understanding all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) compliance guidelines and the appropriate documentation that is needed on a monthly basis. This position will work with all departments to ensure the compliance guidelines are adhered to and managed to ensure customers and OEM program partners receive monthly reports in a timely manner. The Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for direct submission of monthly proof of performance documentation on behalf of customers as approved by management. The Compliance Specialistwill contribute to the creation of all L2TMedia co-op documentation, including producing accurate documents, training others, and executing QA processes.

*The Nitty Gritty Responsibilities*:

* Prepare and track completion of monthly co-op documents, quality checking and verifying data, adhering to client deadlines and program rules, and identifying areas of opportunity for maximum reimbursement.
* Support ad operations specialists in completion of monthly OEM program reporting requirements.
* Support all departments by collecting and coordinating distribution of OEM requirements, answering questions and responding to requests as they relate to compliance guidelines or documentation, and maintaining accurate internal SOP documents reflecting current processes.
* Work with field strategists to gather required OEM information and program guidelines.
* Coordinate handling appeals for declined claims as needed

* Data analytics - (interpreting/ analyzing results, conducting audits).
* Supporting associate level as a product and platform resource.
* Cross trained in area of focus within your team.
* Responsible for successful delivery of product launches and product coop reimbursement.
* Ability to read OEM compliance documents and understand applicability to L2T product delivery
* Dispute compliance infractions or declined coop submissions if applicable
* Resolve Jira tickets related to co-op issues, tracking issues, and more, within respective SLAs
* Troubleshoot issues with automated data feeds to OEM partners
* Ability to translate technical aspects to customer facing business language
* Proven track record of flawless execution, attention to detail and quality assurance
* Cross-trained in complementary roles and fill-in as necessary. (E.g., Compliance specialist could get tracking codes added to website, etc.)
* Google Ads certified
* 1-2 years' experience in business communications, reporting, or technical writing required
* Experience in advertising, media, and/or automotive industry preferred
