seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to provide
general administrative support, including answering phones,
providing information to customers, and processing orders. Duties
include handling inbound customer service inquiries in a friendly,
team-based atmosphere, processing orders, payments, responding to
shipping inquires, handling questions, concerns, and resolving any
emerging problems with patience and professionalism. The ideal
candidate is someone who is detailed oriented, motivated, has
excellent people skills, and the willingness to go the extra mile
to deliver outstanding customer service experience. This position
is full time in the office and requires someone who is dedicated
and punctual. The Customer Service Representative will work 37.5-40
hours/week, M-F, daytime in the office hours only. MNI is an equal
