Job Description Description: This position is located in Evanston,
Illinois The Impact and Data Coordinator supports mission
advancement through coordinating program evaluation strategies and
supporting data systems. The position works collaboratively with
staff across the organization to consistently implement all
evaluation activities, including evaluation planning, data
collection, analysis, and produces reports that helps support a
data-forward culture; and works with the Director to support data
infrastructure. The position is responsible for implementation of
program strategies and coordination of daily activities and
contributes recommendations to agency policies, department
priorities, and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Impact Measurement Coordination (65%)Coordinate
and monitor data collection for program evaluation effortsMonitor
utilization of Salesforce and support data integrity by regularly
reviewing missing data reports and supporting teams to enter
complete dataCreate and update data collection tools as needed with
Impact and Data Strategy DirectorCoordinate efforts to support
qualitative data collection efforts like interviews and focus
groupsAnalyze and prepare reports of survey dataSchedule and help
prepare for quarterly evaluation meetings with department
staffAssist in developing the agency's annual impact reportAssist
the development of public grant outcome metrics as requestedSupport
the efforts of department interns Data Entry, Analysis, and
Reporting (30%)Assist in managing data systems and inputting data
as needed for timely submission of required reportsAssist in
analyzing data and working collaboratively with organization
leaders to produce data visualizations for use with diverse
stakeholdersAccess and synthesize public data such as U.S. Census,
Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Board of Higher
Education, Illinois Community College Board, National Center for
Education Statistics, and othersRun regular reports from
SalesforceRun additional reports as requested and provide outcome
data for public and private grant reporting ADDITIONAL DUTIES
(5%)Attends staff trainings and participates in agency
committees.Pursues professional developmentUnderstands and adheres

assigned for the position.Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a field of study with heavy
emphasis on research, writing, and data analysis. Experience and/or
Training:At least one year of experience supporting nonprofit
program evaluation strategies including helping set measurable
outcomes, developing impact measurement tools, assisting in data
collection, and conducting data analysis.
Licenses/Certificates:Successful completion of the Illinois 40-Hour
Domestic Violence Certificate Training within 6 months of hire
Technology/Equipment:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
with emphasis on ExcelBeginner proficiency in CRM database usage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate degree in a field of
study with heavy emphasis on research, writing, and data analysis.
Experience and/or Training:At least 2-3 years of experience
supporting nonprofit program evaluation strategies, including
helping set measurable outcomes, developing impact measurement
tools, assisting in data collection, and conducting data
analysis.Experience using data visualization technology and
supporting the production of public materials that tell stories of
impact through data visualizationExperience running reports from
CRM databasesExperience supporting race and gender equity program
evaluation efforts Language: Proficiency in Spanish
Licenses/Certificates: Technology/Equipment:Intermediate
proficiency in SalesforceIntermediate proficiency in SPSS, R (or
similar statistical software), or advanced proficiency in Excel to
perform data analysis PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS Intermittent
(less than 15%), Occasional (15-45%), Frequent (50-75%), and
Continuous (over 75%).Intermittent nights and/or weekends are
