--- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

--- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Information:

Influenza - Seasonal vaccine must be updated annually.

BLS Provider must be AHA and obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

CT requires ARRT.
