As a Lead Server, you'll be responsible for providing pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely food and beverage service according to established dining standards. You will assist management in specific restaurants with oversight of dining staff and all aspects of dining service operation and sanitation. We have an opportunity for the following schedule: Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 pmAbout The Mather:The Mather is a Life Plan Community for those age 62 and better. The Mather is in Evanston, Illinois, close to downtown and public transportation.
