Bilingual District Store Manager Needed - Start ASAP!
The fastest growing mobile retailer in the Midwest is hiring for a Bilingual District Store Manager to oversee multiple retail locations in the Chicagoland area. This is a great opportunity for a driven leader who's passionate about team development, store performance, and career growth. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Job Details for Bilingual District Manager:

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed and occasional Sundays
• Base salary: $60,000-$65,000 + up to $30,000 in annual bonuses
• Daily travel required across multiple store locations
• Flexible hours and autonomy to lead your market
• Start date: ASAP Responsibilities for Bilingual District Manager:
  • Supervise daily operations across multiple wireless retail stores
  • Train, mentor, and support store leadership and sales teams
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Conduct store visits, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance
  • Lead store openings, resets, and team training events Requirements for Bilingual District Manager:
    • 3+ years of experience managing multiple retail locations or a large store team
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
    • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
    • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and store performance systems
