Full time/ Part time: Part timeRegular/ Seasonal: SeasonalPay Rate: $19.50/hourWe are seeking Field Operations Team Members to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. Anticipated end date for this position is September 2025.Shift Transit North America's leading operator of urban bicycle share programs. • Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • The ability to use technology provided by the company.
  • A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
  • The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
  • Possess a valid and active driver's license.
  • The ability to lift 75 lbs.
