Flatbed OTR Positions Available

Benefits:
Competitive Pay
05 CPM extra for oversized loads in states requiring night shut down
Home most weekends
$250 minimum load pay
Average 9,500 miles per month
All tractors are less than 3 years old
$1,100 orientation pay for all EXPERIENCED drivers

Our operating area is 36 states: I-35 and Eastward

Driver Referral Bonus
$3,000 for Experienced OTR Drivers only
First installment paid 30 days after issued truck
Every 30 days totaling 3 installments (3 month pay out)

Driver Requirements:
Must be at least 23 years of age
A minimum of 3-4 months verifiable and current over the road experience (OTR = stay out all week / 5 or more states)
* 1 year is preferred
Valid Class A CDL
Must be registered with FMCSA Clearing House
Good work history
* No more than 4-5 jobs in recent 3 year period
* Must have excellent MVR, DAC, PSP, Medical etc
Good employment verifications
* Not accepting any NO to REHIRE in recent 3 year period (any company including JC)
Acceptable DAC report (see above)
No positive drug or alcohol test
* Pre-employment
* Random
* Post-accident
Acceptable MVR
* No speeding tickets over 18 mph
* No reckless driving in the last 3 years
* No DUI convictions within current 3 years
* No current suspension or history of suspensions
No more than 2 moving violations
Acceptable PSP
* Reasonable inspection violations (non driver related)
Clean CDR

Long Term Trainee requirements- same as above, but includes:
Truck Driving School certificate copy
Truck Driving School transcript copy
90 or above GPA
No MVR violations
