Position Highlights:
--- Position: Sr. HRIS Business Analyst - HR Analytics
--- Location: -Hybrid (working remote and in Skokie, IL)
--- Full Time/Part Time: 40 hours (Full Time)
--- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
What you will need:
--- Education: -Bachelor's -degree -in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required
--- -5+ -years -of experience in an -advanced -HRIS reporting role, preferably in a Healthcare environment
--- -Expert level knowledge of PeopleSoft Query functionality and Taleo BI
--- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
--- -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
--- -Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
What you will do:
--- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews and employment records.
--- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement and turnover.
--- Prepare reports or dashboards of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR Business Partners and organizational leadership.
--- Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
--- Based on metrics and analysis, partner with HR Business Partners to make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
--- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
--- May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
