Background: In 2019 Ingredion launched our 2030 All Life sustainability plan, which sets out to drive meaningful change on social and environmental issues, through the adoption of low-carbon, socially-inclusive business practices. The company's All Life plan lines out clear goals and milestone through 2030 that support a vision for delivering sustainable growth within a purpose-led organizational framework.The Sustainable Sourcing Analyst is responsible for data collection and analysis, project support and execution, data accumulation for reporting to established standards, and creation of visualizations and dashboards for Ingredion's sustainable and regenerative agriculture projects. Core Responsibilities: Using data software (such as PowerBI) to analyze and build dashboards, maps, progress versus goals for various sustainable and regenerative agriculture projectsWork with Commodity Purchasing and Agronomy teams within Ingredion to collect necessary sourcing informationIdentify areas of strengths and opportunities for Ingredion to leverage via our sustainable and regenerative agriculture programsStaying current on customer requirements for sustainable agriculture data and track allocations to meet those needsManage collection and tracking of sustainable sourcing verifications to ensure certificates remain in complianceSupport in the preparation of RFPs for regenerative agriculture projects with supply chain partnersIdentify field-level carbon footprint tools and resources to help enhance agricultural carbon footprint data globallyFacilitate embedding sustainable and regenerative agriculture as a commercial differentiator within IngredionRepresent Ingredion in external organizations and help promote the company as a thought leader in sustainability .Along with Corporate Sustainability team, serve as a resource for customer communication and provide information for customer questionnairesBlend an understanding of agriculture and data science to proactively identify and evaluate potential data solutions for sustainable and regenerative agriculture Qualified Candidates will Have: A passion for sustainability
with a personal purpose to utilize role to make life better Bachelor's Degree in , Sustainability, Data Analysis, Agriculture, Environmental Engineering or similar. Strong experience in data collection and analysis as well as an ability to translate data into visualizations and dashboards; experience in agricultural production/sourcing strongly preferredAbility to develop effective networks, collaborate across groups and countries, and moving key initiatives forwardGrowth mindset, with the ability to challenge themselvesOutstanding communicator with excellent oral and writing skillsExceptional project management skills to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while delivering timely resultsTakes ownership and accountability for resultsTeam oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and agileWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
