Development Program (RDP), a launchpad for recent grads ready to
make an immediate impact. This 18-month immersive experience equips
you with the skills, exposure, and mentorship you need to excel in
a dynamic and fast-paced industry.What You'll ExperienceThree
Impactful Rotations:You'll rotate across Demand Planning,
Procurement, Logistics, and Production Planning, gaining firsthand
knowledge of every stage in our supply chain.Sales & Operations
Planning (6 months)Step into the heart of decision-making by:
- Analyzing real sales and demand data
- Assisting in production scheduling
- Shadowing planners on the shop floor
- Challenging production capabilities with performance
insights
- Improving forecasting and planning accuracyLogistics (6
months)Learn what makes the global supply chain move:
- Plan and optimize transportation and warehousing
- Explore inventory systems and supplier operations
- Support sourcing and supplier management
- Use logistics data to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Monitor key supply chain metricsData Analytics (6 months)Turn
data into action:
- Build dashboards and reports that guide decisions
- Identify trends and process inefficiencies
- Apply statistical tools and software to track KPIs
- Partner with teams to deliver measurable improvementsSoft

- Spring 2024 to Spring 2025 college graduates of a Bachelor's
degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations
Management, or a related field, with no more than two years of
professional experience.

- Proficiency in Excel.

position is $52,800.00 - $66,000.00Please note that while this
range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this
role, individual compensation will be determined based on several
factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the
role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be
an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay
