This leadership role is responsible for driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency by integrating cutting-edge IT solutions into the supply chain. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless processes, scalability, and the ability to respond to changing market demands in real-time.What you'll do:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IT systems that support end-to-end supply chain operations for the US.
• Develop and execute a long-term IT strategy for the supply chain, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality, plant maintenance, planning, OT, Customer Services, Warehouse Operations) to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement technology solutions to address operational challenges.
• Drive IT projects related to supply chain transformation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including product management experience in large-scale enterprises.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leader with experience leading large-scale cross-functional IT supply chain implementations (ERP, IBP, Global Product launches).
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to drive strategy across multiple sub-practices of the supply chain.
  • CPG industry experience is preferred.CompensationMark Anthony is committed to hiring, engaging, and growing qualified, talented, and motivated team members at every level of our organization.
